I have been a member of Netflix for 6 years. I have introduced 13 current paying members. The first few years everything was fine. In the last two years, most notably, the DVD's are not being sent to me in accordance to my returns or their stated service contract.

I receive movies lower in my Queue much more often than the other 13 members. Netflix receives my returns, notifies me via email, but are then slow or non-compliant to give me my choices, especailly the new releases. I complained and received the following email customer service statement: "In determining priority for shippiong/inventory allocation, we give priority to those members who receive the fewest DVD's through our service."

Excuse me?? When a company establishes a set fee for each level of service for at-a-time subscriptions and says that a customer can receive "unlimited" DVD's then ALL customers should receive the same service. I have an 8 DVD $45+ monthly service and exchange approximately 24 DVD's a month. Apparently, mine is not Netflix's favored customer profile. I can only assume, my account does not fit the business model for Netflix profit margins. However, Unlimited is Unlimited and no one can legally be throttled because a lighter viewing habit is more cost effective. I feel this is a class action situation warranting your participation, Eliot Spitzer, and the NYC Department of Consumer Affairs. Thank you for being here.

Netflix has to trottle higher customers or their average cost would be even higher than it is.

Netflix customers that are on the $17.99/month program cost them around $40/month in fees from postage, rental space, wages and etc. How long do you think stock holders are going to invest in this company with costs this high? Effective accounting has kept them afloat this long. I would not want to be holding their stock.

Netflix has effectively devalued our movie watching experience.

Netflix is going to lead you to downloads eventually. If you do not have high speed internet you will be S.O.L.

Enjoy your cheap movies while you can. It can't last.
