We signed up with Fonality around 2 years ago. We had constant service issues but our sales guy Grant Bowman was great to work with. That is until we decided to switch providers. For a buisness/call center voip provider you'd think you could run basic reports... Nope. 

We initiated our cancellation and started the port process which they were very unhelpful with. We had to pry and dig to get basic info to complete LOA forms. 

They require 30 days notice to cancel ensuring that they'll get to hit your card for one more payment. 

Well.... We're now 3 months and $2,400+ deeper and they still haven't provided accurate port out info. Our new provider has never seen a business act this poorly. We told them in writing that they were NOT to charge our card again and did. After a scathing email they just charged us again for another month. 

They like to not answer emails, (they went 10 days between responses on an email), and we still don't have our phone numbers out. 

Contacting my bank to file a charge back. This is insane. 

Our sales rep we loved... Has gone dark. Won't reply to emails. And when he does claims he's not getting any answers from higher ups either. 

Their excuse for continuing to bill us was they were waiting on equipment. That we sent them over 30 days ago and they've had it for weeks.
