Netspend Netspend deposits $8000 ACH from Treasury on a closed account Austin Texas

I filed multiple disputes on my Netspend card for charges that I didn't make. Because I filed multiple disputes within a 6 month period, Netspend closed my account without notifying me. I found out my account was already closed on 02/06/14. Then, I received a $8000 deposit from the Treasury for SOcial Security back pay, and Netspend deposited the money into the closed account. I called and the male rep said that they would refund the money within 20 business days (4weeks). The ACH from Treasury should have been rejected and sent back.

Netspend has no right to hold my funds for a month while their bank is receiving interest on my cash. I was in the process of moving to another state and I assumed that within the 20 business day process they could send the check to my new address. They refused. On 02/6/14 the rep stated that the check request has\d already been submitted. But when I called on 02/13/14 to check the status of my check, the other rep stated that they had just submitted the request on 02/11/14. Why then wouldn't they just allow me to give them my new address on 02/06/14? I am very mad because I need this money for moving expenses. I had to wait 18 months for Social Security to award me this money, and now Netspend is playing games with my funds. I want my money, I want it now, and I want it sent to my new address.
