I have multiple prepaid debit cards, when activating them I give them my Social Security number and DOB and thats it. NOT NETSPEND. I Called their activation line, entered my info multiple times and still was connected with an "agent" I was asked to provide a bunch of personal documents just to activate a prepaid debit card. When I asked the man do they do this to everyone or am I being targeted, he said "I cant answer that" with an attitude. Im not providing a license, SS Card and a proof of address just to activate a card I can get from the pharmacy.
