netspend Netspend blocking card and stealing money for no reason Austin texas

This company is a joke. My story is I legally changed my name and I applied for an account here to deposit my ssi of 721 so I changed my deposit acct to them n it was before their cut off date of the 17th(ssa) . so netspend said befofe they can activate my acct my acct  like a days after the cut off date n ive faxed netspend over 60xs no lie in which theyve claimed to never receive my documents yet they too me I waz too blk to see my photo on my id n that all of a sudden they couldn5 accept the documents that they  told me was ok to submit my id which had my old address thrn my letter for ssc n award letter w my current address. then they said thats unacceptable that I need to send a utility bill which is in my moms name . Same w my residence.  Tired of talking to them so iam filing a civil suit come monday. they give me the run around n im going to be out of a home cuz I wont be able to lay my rent. then they said if they dont verify it(info) I  time I gotta wait 30days aft3r they close my card cuz I dont wanna be w them n e more cuz how theyre treating me bad cust.serv .hate netspend no one speaks english n they have a hx of holding peoples money on their cards and n9t returning it. Im not wasting my time w them im taking it straight to court
