Netzero are rip off artist they say there basic plan for the 4g hot spot is 9.95 then they added another charge and don't tell you all the time the unit is it eats away at you alloted data and before you know it you need to purchase more data. When you call to cancel your plan they will not take no means no I do not want any service.months later I found a 2.95 charge on my checking account from netzero. I called netzero and the rep Fred said I had agreed to a 90 day plan I was addiment then as I was when I called again that I do not want any netzero service. Only time will tell I wii keep a look out for anymore bills from netzero.
