The NetZero customer service will promise you the moon to sign up for their 'hot spot'. After about 1 week I had to buy more data-usage. Within another week, I was in the same shape. I still don't know where all this usage came from but I ended up paying $50.00 for the device, had to buy more service and still ended up without internet service about 10 days before the month ended. This fiasco cost me approximately $80 to $100 dollars.
