had requested for netzero In January. I cancelled a few days later because of the difficult time I had with this. Of course to call Tech support, you need to pay a lot of money, it was cheaper to cancel it. I spoke with a Gentleman who stated he was cancelling my subscription that day with no charge due to my dissatisfaction. However, I received my credit card statement which states I was deceived and lied to. I want my credit acct cleared and cancelled! How dare you think you can charge for a service not used. I had also taped my conversation when I called to cancell and will use it against you if you make it necessary for me to do so. So I suggest you have a competent person cancell my account, which was supposed to be done in January. I also want my credit card number, credited the 10.00 and then throw my number out, because if I see any other charges for this service, I will sue you for harrassment. I hope I was clear with this message, and yes, I am upset. wouldn['t you be?
