The devices consisted of heating pads to be applied to feet and thighs for increasing times, then after, a heating device for the feet.  These items supplied warmth, but did not supply the expected relief.  We know that individual results may vary, which is the way that they covered themselves.  Following their protocols by increasing the times for application of the devices did not work.  They have not replied to us by any media we repeatedly used. We contacted the city in which they are located, but no reply from them as yet.
