NEW HOPE MODIFICATIONS SCAM ON LOAN MODIFICATION! MT. LAUREL New Jersey

After looking for help for a loan motification I was contacted by Gina from New Hope Modifications. We went over my informations and she said that there was a great chance that New Hope could help me in my situation and that I will be able to sleep at night knowing that I will be helped.

After recieveing all the information that needed to be filled out I faxed over all my information as soon as possible to get the ball rolling. Gina told me that the services cost would be $1300. She also stated not to pay anymore payment to my mortgage till I heard back from them, she noted that the process usually takes 30-90 days.

At about 30 days I called New hope back to check on the progress, which I had to leave a message because there was no answer. About 4 days later I got a call from a man who said that they were still working on it.

I then kept calling back once a week, then almost everyday, only to hear the same record and to leave a message. I never recieved any call backs!!!

So, I come to find out that this company is a joke. They took me for my money as well as putting me further behind on my mortgage by telling me not to make any payments. Now I may lose my home!!
