I had laser surgery October 2003. I am entitled to an enhancement before October 2004. New Image Lasik has gone out of business. My eyes are back to being very bad and I need an enhancement. Now it looks like I have to pay for surgery all over again through another company. Is there any way that I can get some compensation from this company?
