This guy Tolis is a con artist. His contractor license is HIC.0615832.
He talks a big game, throwing big parties. But when it comes time to do what he says, he is off shining his clogs somewhere.
His real game is sucking in condo managers to do their work. All cookie cutter stuff. He claims to do residential. HA! He claims to have "craftsman". HA!
He tells you one thing, and does another. He has gone bankrupt. He has cheated on his wife. Not a good businessman. Not a good person. Not a good husband. Not a good person to do business with.
How could anyone expect him to be honest with them? Don't walk from this guy- RUN!
