New York And Company obnoxious horrible nasty rude associates and manager--mistreats and harasses customers, treats them like dirt, bullies and picks on... Orlando Florida

For NY and Company management...
I went to the NY n Company store at the fashion square mall in orlando, fl on saturday night. I tried to buy a pair of pants and was harassed by the very nasty rude mean associates there, as well as the general manager. I was refused to be allowed to buy a pair of pants, due to 'lack of id' treated in a very degrading manner, had to go back to my car, as the associate snickered over the supposed 'power' she had over me, or any customer when treating them that way, and then harassed on my way out by the manager who literally got in my face and was yelling SORRRRRY SORRRRRYYYY in the most degrading manner possible. This manager, to me was a literal psychopath, along with the associate. They seemed to 'gang up' on a customer, for fun, not allow them to buy a pair of pants and literally harass them..I have never been so upset over a store experience in my life, or been mistreated in this way. These associates shouldn't be working at that store and something needs to be done about them. I was harassed several times, in a loud rude manner, and had to go back to my car to get my 'id'..then even harassed and degraded and yelled at, when I came back in and told them what they did wasn't right. the associates there are nuts in my opinion and deranged abusive people. one was hispanic, slightly overweight, the manager was a caucasian female. Please do not let these abusive jerks get away with doing this to a customer. This is very wrong.
