Attention victims of puppy elite, New York bulldogs now operating at 2277 McDonald Avenue Brooklyn New York, 11223!!
Their business name is: BULLDOGS KINGS INCORPORATED. If you want to take them to small claims court you need to use that name. You need to take them quickly to court before they change the name again and move to another place. Take all the paper work you have, all the vet bills. When I took them to court using this name they showed up, but not when I tried using Steve Feldman or Victor Roytman, as we know now they use many different names to escape justice.

I also was ripped off by these people a year ago and did not receive my papers either. I was lucky in the since that my pup was not sick but came with fleas and looked under fed. Did take to the vet for health check and had her shots redone because of this and that may have saved her.I contacted everyone possible to stop these people and for eight months I still got know where.I did how ever get my money back thru my credit card company as I had copies of all the adervirtizment that they said she what she was and that they contacted them to here there side and to know avail they did not respond to them either.
So the credit card company gave me my money back and they take out of nybulldogs account. So I got my money$2000.00 that I paid for the dog.and I still have the dog. I have not heard from them yet and it has been a yr. These people know they can get away with this as most of us are out of state and can't afford to spend more money to fight this . This is how they get away with this . If your looking to buy a dog don't pick it up unless they have the papers for you at that time and you can go get it yourself. Its to bad that there are people out there like this as it ruins it for the good breeders. I am also a breeder and I do not ship my dogs they are all AKC reg. and DNA they do not leave my home till I have there AKC papers ready to give with puppy and I to was scammed.
