This company is a joke. They show no respect or consideration when trying to communicate a misunderstanding when it was their lack of understanding in the first place. They barely speak English and because of that they failed to properly schedule a pick-up for the right night. They took no blame for their mistake and charged us the full amount, with no intentions of refunding our money or working out a solution for their careless mistake. So with their lack of care, sympathy, or any emotion whatsoever, we were without and ride and a $300 loss.

As for their customer service, it is non-existent, they all defend each other as though it's a family run business and that they could never make a mistake, so don't waste your time trying to get somewhere with them cause you will just end up even more frustrated than you were the morning you were called at 230am the wrong day!

Please do yourselves a favor and pick a proper and reputable service who you feel you can trust.
