Noticed your post James and your statement is so true, but needs some additions.

The roots of the blame go as deep as the pockets on Wall Street and much more. Almost like a remake of Nightmare on Elm Street, all the Freddies never go away. In our cases as New Yorkers they come in to our daily lives and dreams.

Be not afraid, these insurance companies will be paying the pauper very soon. Remember Enron.

Elliot Spitzer our AG is making headlines again with his investigations. Get ready to see alot of them start to change their actions since Mr. Spitzer is now on the trail of Marsh & McLellan, AIG companies, Harford Financial, ACE Limited and we can only hope for more.

Send a comment or complaint to Mr. Spitzer also suggest you complain to NY Insurance Dept. about your concerns/problesms and anyone else.

The CLUE report is used by not only the Insurance Industry but by Banks and Lenders. This can be as damaging as a credit report and cause rates and pricing to go up.

Would love to see our Governor Patacki make it on $5.15 an hour and really work those hours.

Then we have the politicians, who even though they beg for our votes and promise us a rose garden, all we get is thorns.

This state is over taxed and recently our governor had the audacity to refuse to increase the minimum wage. NY is the leading state in unemployment and loss of business.

Look at what he has done, instead of giving us a few pennies to improve our quality of life, he increases the tax percentage on auto violations and God only knows what else is up his sleeve.

But like so many politicians he and they use the excuse it is for the good of the all.

Anyone remember the fiasco for Superior Bank, FSB and it's subsidiary Alliance Funding. I don't recall how many millions of tax credits Governor Patacki gave Superior Bank to get them to open here.

Superior Bank was seized by the FDIC and are now eliminated as a result of the mismanagement by it's owners.

The Pritzer and Dworman families, (Hyatt Hotels ring a bell)owned Superior and the FDIC exhausted the ceiling on the fund, $500 million in this case.

Plus the fact that it has been proven that Superior has been labeled a predatory lender which has caused mucho problems in the Pocono PA area with foreclosures, etc.

Just one of those political BoBoos! Ha!

James you seem to have concerns, why run, we need people with the cumption to stay and fight, it is a constitutional right. Isn't it written WE THE PEOPLE! We all need to stand up and take back our state and rights.
