next level auto body inc. scam artists insurance fraud waste time 6 weeks for simple fix uniondale New York

Customer was upset because vehicle would not be released due to insurance company not paying on the claim untill they determined liablity which means untill they made a decision if they would be paying or not.  We have no control over how long an insurance company takes to make a payment all we can do is follow up and tell them that the vehicle has been completed. In situations like this customers are offered to pay for the repairs out of pocket and have the insurance company send them the insurance check as a reinburstment or they would have to wait for the payment from the insurance company to be recieved before we are able to release the vehicle. No vehicles are release without payment.

it also mentions we have more cars that 10 body shops can handle in a year, i guess by the customer saying that is speaks highly of my shop. I have never seen a body shop that does crappy work be busy, so if we are busy as the customer states it must mean that we do GREAT!!! work and customers come in knowing we are busy and still want us to repair their vehicles because they know that the craftmanship and work will be to above expectations.

With all this being said i dont think we should be flagged as a scam company as we explained all this to the customer and being we are the only people she can speak to face to face it all falls on us. Something that honestly was the insurance company's fault.

  My name is Joann I drive a 2015 for series BMW my car was struck by a drunk driver it was $13,000 off from being totaled the car was a mess. I brought my car to next level and not only did they do such a good job that the dealership because my car is least didn't even notice that the car was in an accident they also fixed other things on my vehicle for free as a courtesy. everyone was so pleasant and extremely knowledgeable I would have to say whoever wrote this negative review about this company has a garage against One of the employees or the owner I chose the shop because celebrities use this body shop call magazines send their vehicles to the shop it is one of the best body shops in New York State !

I brought my car to Next level auto body shop in Uniondale for minor mirror damage and to replace bumper. THEY HAD MY CAR FOR 4 MONTHS! This shop told lie after lie after lie why my car wasn't done. It was the painter, it was the worker, the insurance guy didn't come, the Easter Bunny forgot to drop off the right tools. They are here to scam you and take you or your insurance money. After my insurace paid them they took the money and told me they could not fix my car. They would not return the money to me or the insurance company. The insurance company said there was nothing they could do because they were not in network with them. THIS SHOP IS NOT IN NETOWORK WITH ANY INSURANCE. After a month of a rent a car paid by insurance, i was out of a car for another month. Then they said okay rent a car at the nearest ENTERPRISE (which is also in on the scam) and they will pick up the tab.

After 2 months of having the rent a car ENTERPRISE is charged my credit card and refuses to bill NEXT LEVEL saying they dont bill auto body shops. THATS NOT WHAT THEY TOLD ME 2 monthsd ago. Thery said they tried calling me many times ot tell me. I didnt get one missed called. They are both in on the scam. In the end NEXT LEVEL Stole 6,000 from my insurance company and did not fix one thing on my car and now i have to take it somewhere ad pay out of pocket because the insurance wont pay twice. THIS IS THE BIGGEST AUTO BODY SCAM IN THE STATE. The owners Syed and Eddie and like 20 other mangers keep switching ther blame and you never speak to the same person and its just lies after lies of why they have your car for so long only to tel you they cant fix and wont be covering your rental car. STAY THE HELL AWAY!!!!
