I recently purchased a G700 flashlight; Charging unit; one year warranty from this Company in December of 2015. After repeated, unanwered Emails, I decided to call my CC and start a complaint. I then went online to check reviews on this product and company. This company keeps charging your credit card. This company has no customer service, does not answer e-mails, or answer, or return phone messages. Do not buy anyhting from this company. If you made the same mistake I did, call your CC immediately, start a complaint, and get a new creist card issued to you

I ordered items on 12/17, and 12/18. I did not recieve any emails about the products. I finally received the flashlight the first week of February, 2016. I think that is far and above 10-14 working day, without any correspondance. I finally received a tracking number for my next item to be delivered 2/11/16. Funny how it was shipped on 1/27/16 from Missouri, and only arriving tomorrow. All this coming after I started a complaint against NGOA, with my credit card company. They are probably mad because I was issued a new credit card so they could not charge me twice
