I too worked for NHCD for a very short time. I never received payment or discount card. (You were supposed to receive one free for life, even if you quit the company) But guess what? They sent me a w2 saying that they paid me. After going online and finding all the negative reports about people who were never paid, I contacted the IRS Fraud division and told them about NHCD, falsly sending out w2's. I suggest anyone else who got a w2 or never got paid, contact the IRS fraud division also. their number is 1-800-829-0433.
