NIC Transportation Fraud Byron Georgia

With NIC Transportation they get investors to buy semi-trucks and then turn around and lease it from the investor. They then book the loads put drivers in the trucks and maintain all the maintenance. The NIC Transportation Management does not have enough experience in the trucking industry, therefore when they hire drivers they do not know what to look for and hire drivers with little to no experience in driving semi-trucks and trailers. The drivers end up tearing up the trucks that the investors bought with their money and end up having to repair the truck on the driver’s negligence. The biggest thing that they do is fraud in saying that I will explain. When the driver completes the load the load sheet is supposed to go to NIC for the pay to be distributed in percentages. The percentages are put in the contract between the investor and NIC. NIC is taking money and altering the pay sheets with adobe writer before it is shown to the investor and the driver. NIC is taking additional money off the top of the pay without informing the investors and drivers. This is not only fraud but also theft. There is videos of them speaking of altering the pay sheets and talking about how to alter the pay sheet without the investor noticing the alteration. I ask for everyone to look out for one another out there on the road as a truck driver. This company will promise you everything in the sun and not come through with it , but then turn around and give every excuse under the sun on why the original promise feel apart. NIC has also not put back any money for quarterly taxes to pay the government so this is the reason why they are taking extra money off the top and altering the loads to be able to compensate the taxes that have not been put back. NIC is in over their head, mismanaged, misguided, unknowledgeable, thieves and people that commit fraud.
