nice guys movers neighbors movers they asked for a down payment and 2 times never showed to move me, then said I could not get back my downpayment. When I threatened to file with the BBB they gave me down payment, but also supported a Orlando, Florida

When I used google to find  a moving company on the 2nd week in Sept one did call me.  They took my information and it was Neighbors Movers, but Nice Guys Movers called me instead. The customer sales rep. Daniel Brown acted like a manager was there with him, asking for a good price a huge discount and I thought this was not real, after all most of the companies who contacted me by phone addressed the move with more to pay for the move. So I thought Nice Guys Movers were that Nice Guys Movers.

They took a $ 50.00 deposit. I did not mind that because the Neighbor Movers wanted $100.00. They called me a couple of times Neighbors movers. I did not know the same company was Nice Guys Movers. How can one company play games like that asking one price while the same company asked me for a different price. I put in a change of address, followed by packing everything in my house, everything.

I am a widow with a medical liability with my legs and never thought that a moving company would not come to move me. Well I was so wrong. Not only did they had me waiting all day on Sept 29, but talked me into the next day, Sept 30. I was so pissed off by then. They never showed on the next day either. Now I asked for a refund, and the manager said ok. I was so upset they gave me another moving company suppose to be a reputuable one, Orlando Movers. Well Orlando Movers never showed either.

I was taking my toaster over in and out a box to have something to cook with, Dishes and a pot and pan and a spoon, knife and fork back and forth. The toaster fell on my right ankle to this days Oct 29 my right ankle is still swollen over the not moving. I never did get my refund had to call them back 2 weeks later. And when I threatened to file with the BBB they gave me my refund almost immediately. I saw it by the night was over. They are a Rip Off Company both names- Nice Guys Movers, and Neighbors Movers.
