Nicholas Sarento Nickolas is famous among the restaurant crowd. He opened 30+ Nick's Fishmarket Restaurants across the US. Nick once famous for good food, great service and fine dining is rapidly earning a new reputation for a man who opens restaurants with high expectations and quickly runs them into the ground, ripping off all who give him credit.

As Nick's alcoholism began interfering with his daily living he was forced to sell off the few remaining restaurants he owned interest. Nick left Illinois after the 2004 Judgment of $1.5 Million was filed against him. The Judgment followed him to Boca Raton Florida where he filed multiple fictitious business names and opened Nick's of Boca in late 2006 with great fan fair only to close the doors and file bankruptcy in 4/2008. Despite the bankruptcy, the claim the business owns less then $50k in assets and it owes up to $10 million dollars, Nick packed his bags once again, leaving his creditors behind and moved his family to Pebble Beach California where he is renting a home for a reported $6k per month.

Nick feeds company fund into the fictitious or dummy accounts in order to bleed the company profits to try and make it look like the restaurant legitimately failed, but public records have caught him in this scam once again.

Once known for an empire of Fine Dining restaurants the infamous Nicholas (Nick) Nickolas, now 70, is leaving a legacy of unpaid creditors and debt and City, County and State officials are helping him to rip off creditors. These government agencies are so blinded by Nick's reputation and charm they fast track all the permits and such for Nick's scams and by the time they figure out they too have been scammed it is too late and they are too embarrassed too talk about it publicly and therefore Nick moves on to another town, another State to begin yet another scam.

At 70 years old, Nick Nickolas gets the award for the most successfully scammer over 70 years!!!

Now who is going to be brave enough to stop him? Nick is currently working at the Pasadera Country Club as the Food and Beverage Director, I suggest Pasadera keep a close eye on the books as there is no doubt Nick will be hiring his fictitious companies once again to filter funds to his own pocket.
