I contacted this company less than 1  week after receiving a FREE trial of their electronic cigarette.  The product is of inferior quality and not even worth the shipping charge of $ 4.95.  They have refused to credit my account or give me a return authorization.  In fact, they have billed my check card two additional fees .. one of $ 99.67 and another of $ 79.95.  I contacted them a 2nd time and they agreed to issue a refund of $ 114. This is an apparent scam and I see that this same company has been reported multiple times by other consumers.
