I bought a "New" MID M729 Android Tablet PC from Nomorerack. When it arrived, it was not new, it was used, the screen was scratched, and the battery would not stay charged. I notified Nomorerack, and got the 'run around'. I purchased this item using my Bill Me Later account. I notifed Bill Me Later, and after they processed my dispute, my dispute was completed by Bill Me Later. If you do plan to buy an item from Nomorerack, please use a third party payer to process the transaction, one that will not give Nomorerack your credit card number.
