I ordered some boots in mid November. My amount due was almost immediately deducted from my checking account. In mid December, I got a "tracking number" that linked to nothing. When I still hadn't seen anything in the mail, I emailed the company. They said that because of "high volume" due to Christmas, orders were late, and if I didn't get my order by Dec 19, I would get my money back plus extra credit towards a future order.
Dec 19 came and went without my boots. I asked for my money back. Several days later, they said they could not find record of my order. I have emailed back several times with all the information I've ever been given and have not seen a credit and have not even received another email.
So, very simply, this company (if you can call them that) stole my money- I believe- intentionally, knowing I would never receive my product. Please DO NOT do business with them!!
