Hummm, 70% off known name brand products...UGGs for only $22.00 + $2.00 shipping.  I received a message 1 wk after ordering that order had been shipped.  2 wks later no merchandise. Call to ck on ship date: "it was on back order & the product has just been shipped," they said.  Said they couldn't track the pkg yet, "because it's recently shipped." It was shipped USPS. 7 more days & 3 days before C-mas they arrive:  Dark Chocolate/Color not the Brown that was ordered & they are definately not UGG's.  On the box it states:  made in China.  I thought merchandise made outside of the US was no longer to be sold over the internet...so much for that law, LOL. I sent them an email a week ago, of course the email came back. Today I called them, they gave me the email address:  info@nomorerack.com.  They told me to return the package to an address in Los Angles, CA.  I expressed the fact that shipping charges would be outrageous to send product back.  She said that if I would give them the tracking information at the email address along with the shipping charges I would get a complete refund.  She also said that they don't exchange products, they only credit your account.  Well lets see I'm in NC and I'm going to send the boots back to CA-not happening.  I also asked her how long would it take for me to get product when I ordered it again, "Mam, I have no idea what-so-ever."  Dawg, I'm not taking the time or the $ to send them back.  Looks like Mom got a pair of boots for Christmas and not my daughter - How sad : (.
