I worked with a no longer functioning company of Norman Brodeur 18 months past and saw my relationship with the company end with non-payment of over $40,000 owed.

I have begun to research if possible to reclaim these funds and file for breach of contract only to discover that I was one of many ex Brodeur clients left unpaid. My searches led me to a number of different claims against Brodeur and his past companies, allowing me to decide that legal likely would not be worth it @ $40,000.

I did get pointed to RipoffReport during my searches and thought I might as well post my claim too. Sad that this is the best I get for the money, but can warn others.

The company I reference for Norman Brodeur is William Nichols Associates but only because it is a company he currently owns and not the one that created the Breach of Contract with myself or others. If you were an ex-associate of Norman Brodeur it is extensive when reviewing lawsuits and claims online of others who have experienced non-payment on moneys owed by Brodeur or companies he controls or manages.

I will not spend any more time worrying about this and will avoid Brodeur in the future. If you work in the web or PR field and you encounter this individual, it is best to go the other way.
