North Shore Agency rip-off! False Collection on Magazine Subscription that was Never ordered. Westbury New York

Oct. 5, 2004 I received the following collection lettter from North Shore Agency:

Re: Bon Appetit Magazine
"This is a formal notice that your long overdue account with our client has been released to us for collection
Our ckient's records show that you accepted an offer received in the mail from them allowing you to subscribe at a special rate. Our client honored your order and began to send you issues, billing you later as requested."

I Did Not Receive any such offer in my mail or in any other form. I Did Not receive any copies of the Bon Appetit Magazine. This is just another attempt by North Shore Agency to collect money by Fraud. I keep very good records. I have never subscribed to Bob Appetit Magazine and would have no use for such a magazine.
