NorthCentral Univeristy Charged tuition but never started.completed enrollment process Internet

 I was in the process of enrolling in the internet program at NCU last year in September.  I spoke to several Admissions advisors and financial aid people to get everything set.

On October 16, 2013 I had a tragic lost in my family with the death of my brother. I reported this to the avdvisors and told them that that I would not be able to start school and to not enroll at this time because of the stress and hurt. 

They kept calling and trying to get me to commit to a date to start and I kept teling them that I was in no condition to finsih the enrollment process and start the class. Months later I get a call from someone telling me I owed them $2438. (approx) for the class I never started.  Iatold him my situation as well.  They in turn turned it over to a collectiona gency. 

They knew ahead of time that I had made up in my mind not to continue with the enroloment process and was not going to attend the on-line class and this could have been avoided.  I believe that this was a sham to get money anyway they could,even though I bnever finished the enrollment progrcess.  I am hurt and discouraged by the actions othe school and its employees.
