Northeast Radiology called in to pay my med bill, company said computer was down, approved to run card 11-3-06, they ran card 11-20-06, then SD IT WAS MY FAULT ripoff Cincinnati Ohio

this is ridiculous, this company claims their computer system was down for 17 days and before making an attemp to contact me before running the card that i authorized to run 11-3-06 they went ahead and ran the card 17 days after approval and then the mgr said" maybe u should manage your checking account better"

why didn't you just debit it from your checkbook balance 11/3? In essence, you had use of the funds that were AUTHORIZED BY YOU to be debited from your account for an extra 17 days interest free. No ripoff here, just poor money management.

You stated:
"i authorized to run 11-3-06"

So you should have accounted for the debit/charge whenever it was ran-regardless. You make it seem like you were blindsided when you admit to having 17 days advanced notice.

They are absolutely correct-manage your account better.
