Northwest cellular Lied to me/ripped me off/ keep sending a bill for a phone don’t work Maryville Missouri

I went to the Maryville Northwest cellular store and wanted to know if I buy a phone and service if she can get my family pictures out of my company phone she guaranteed me I give her money125$ cash and debit card so she can withdraw pmts then she says she can’t retrieve the pics so went to att they took care of it with another phone and plan, the 55$ bill ends up being over 100$ a month so I discard phone go in and finance manager sYs give her 360$ tobuy out of contract I tell her I’m disabled my counselor will be pissed but ok I gave her a check for 360$ now I’m getting a bill for service and no phone no nothing,I documented most everything names etc
