Northwest Dodge HWY 290 Sent me a voucher for $1000 additional for my trade if I purchased a vehicle before Sept. 30. I purhcased a vehicle Sept. 24. When I presented the voucher they refused to honor it telling me they didn't make any money on the deal. Sales manager refused and my complaint went nowhere. Cannot get anyone from management to respond. Houston Texas

Very unethical dealer!  Nearly $2000 in unnecessary add ons included in the price of their vehicles. Paint protector, upholstory protector, window tint, VIN etching etc.  Nearly impossible to get them to take them off the price and not sure if they actually did. Can't be sure they even did the add ons. 

Their numbers don't add up and they try to sell you on payment only.  Undervalued my trade by over $2000.  Four hours of back and forth and finally got into the finance office. Was finally able to get most of the nonsense add ons removed. Payment went up  $20 a month BUT term went from 72 to 60 months.

When I presented a voucher they had emailed to me for an additional $1000 allowance for my trade they refused saying they didn't make enough money on the deal!  There we no exclusions on the voucher other than having to purchase a vehicle by Sept. 30.

Sales Manager (who refused to give me his name) flatly refused to take another dime off. Refused to give me name or names of other managers higher up. Won't talk to me at all or respond to emails.

Wanted to report them to the Better Business Bureau but they don't belong!!! Shows what a dishonest company they are.  Go there at your own risk and remember you have been warned!
