Wish I would have looked here before ordering!

My order has been 'processing' for 10 days now... hello?

At least three emails have gone unanswered.

I did use different billing/shipping addresses, but the name is the same, billing is a PO Box and shipping is a street address.

If they don't want my order, fine.. but just TELL me already!
