Nova Skin Sciences Ltd Allumiere Niuvella I was misled in product charges and unauthorized bank drafts Internet

I ordered 2 samples (1 each ) Allumiere anti-aging cream and Niuvella Anti-Aging Serum, from company name Nova Skin Sciences they were only suppose to charge the shipping of 4.95 plus 1.99 for handling. once I received product I was suppose to test it, company give you 15 days to test and if not satisfied they supposably will refund money, Well not so company misleads the consumer in a very bad way because they don't give 15 days, it takes about 5 to 6 days to recieve product and by the time you use it, days are used go over the 15 days and they inturn start drafting from the bank 103.00 for the cream and 109.00 for the serum by the time you try and cancel company only refunds 40% of 103.00 for cream and 40% for the serum. So this is a scam, innocent and nieve consumers like me are being riped off of thousands of dollars.

This must be stopped, please do something about it. I hope the company of Nova skin Sciences refunds all those people they ripped off.
