This clocks are made very cheaply. I am having a very difficult time getting refunded for broken clocks. Numerous emails and phone calls have been made and sent and they keep avoiding refunding my Visa. I have made many requests and they are failing to reimburse me. I was selling these clocks in my shop and have mailed all the broken clocks back a couple of months ago and still I see no refund.
