NRG Binary NRG Binary abused my credit card again and again without my authority CY UK

I was attracted by an Internet business email and deposit my first $400 at the end of August 2014 for an automative software of binary trading. Afterwards, I received the broker from NRG binary and deposited my money $1600 unauthorized from myself by abusing my credit card information they have. After I lost all my money with the " assistant " of the broker, and I realized it's impossible to make any money with the platform and I decided to withdraw, and it turned out it was also impossible. I lost all my money in my account and decided that I would never have any connection with this company again. But in November 20, they used my credit card, deposited another $2000 again to NRG acount, I was very angry and wrote email to support department, compliance department, called the number they posted on their website, naturally nobody answered the call. I applied for an immediate withdraw, but a new broker called me with a persuasive or aggresive attitude to offer bonus and trade information. I rejected all the offers and never touched the money in the account. From common sense, their behaviour is a kind of crime, I cann't do nothing to protect myself from harm by the company but called my credit card provider... I feel so helpless with such kind of loss and I don't know how long this nightmare will last...
