NRGBinary_ Danny Rivers-Junior Broker, Michael Vinyard-Senior Broke, Nicole Ashley-customer service I registered an account with NRG on Oct 4 as a requirement to receive trading software from a company that had a deal with NRG. This company would provide the software free with the new account.So NRG was responsible for giving me a link back to the company so they could turn the software on. Internet

After registering and funding the account, I was given a link to claim the software and thus begin to trade with it, however the link was dead when I tried it-"support@secretmethod.co". I emailed NRG brokers that it was dead and received no response back. I then requested from customer service at NRG, but their website link was not working. I also made phone calls to NRG wth no response.No one ever answers the phones.

I waited a few days and on Oct.12 requested via customer support that the accountbe closed and refunded. When I checked in the withdrawal area of NRG website it showed cancel after the request. I emailed Nicole Ashley(customer service) regarding the reason and received a response back that she needed a reason why I wanted to close/refund. She also indicated that I had not sent in the required ID docs for the withdrawal.I emailed back on Oct 14 stating that I was tired of all the games and that I had followed their rules for withdrawal.

I also sent another copy of my ID docs with the email. I received no response back. So, I sent request number three today (Oct 19) via their website customer service area. I also have previously called the US and Canadian phone numbers and the phone just rings.The money that was deposited with them is not theirs to keep They should honor a request for refund. I find their business practices to be very shady and would not recommend NRG to anyone. BE VERY CAREFUL WHO YOU TRUST YOUR MONEY WITH!!!!
