Company failed to adequately display their "rules" on the website. They offered a sample of the product for $1.99 but billed my account for $99.96. I called them but they are an outsourced company that refuses to refund the money even though I cancelled within 24 hours. They were not at all ethical and sent me a copy of the order but with no order number, no address,no way to return the product when received.
