Ordered an IPhone % Otter Box Case on Jan 22,2015, by Credit card. The Amount is $ 18.44. AS of 2FEb,2015 I have not received the item. Their site shows shipping label created on 23Jan,2015.The tracking number is 9400 1102 0088 1481 8315 28.

USPS tracking Shows the same thing. I tried (support@nyaccessories.com) to find out what the status of my order is #57173, shows no such address.
