I purchased a french bulldog from NYBulldogs in october of 2007 and they sold and advertised her as AKC registered and champion sired but still are trying to get the correct papers .They do not reply to e-mails or phone calls and they use different names if you do get ahold of them. The true owner of this so called business is Victor Roytman and his name was never given to us until we filed complaints with New York dog licencing, New York attorney General consumer Fraud agency, and our credit card company. They tend to use different names if you talk to them but the true owner is Victor and he is the person responable for these issuse .They finally gave the dog licencing the names of what they said was parents of my dog and they sent this to me to sign so I could get my papers but as I was reading them they gave different name for parents than what they advertised her as and she was not a AKC registered dog nor was she champion sired . The registery that they said she was I have never heard of CPD registery. They are commiting fraud and I will keep going after them until I get my money back on this if I have to go to New York and file suit on them. They have done this to other people as I know of other conplaints for the same thing . They are giving good breeders a bad name and should not be able to be in bussiness.

I have been scammed as well. $2200 for a dog that can be considered no more than a mutt by anyone who cares. He also came with the mange!! So I would like to be apart of you class action suit. My email is (((ROR REDACTED))).

If anyone would like to consider filing a class action lawsuit against Puppy Elite AKA NY Bulldogs AKA Victor Roytman please contact me I have seen several complaints against Puppy Elite AKA NY Bulldogs and some of you people have not only invested in the cost of your puppy you have invested in several thousands of dollars to save your puppy because of the severe neglect Puppy Elite AKA NY Bulldogs has inflicted upon these puppies. I look forward to hearing from anyone that cares at all about stopping this man from harming any other puppies.

If you have a complaint with puppy elite /Aka New York Bulldogs please file complaint with the New York Dog Licencing they Have provided me with alot of information on who the real owner is and they have also gone out and inspected their place .They have provided information that will help in bringing a law suit against them and that you can send to attorney general to use to prove they are committing fraud.The true owner is Vicor Roytman NOT Steve Feldman /Aka Steve Russo/David Feldman. Iwas provided with his dog licencing number and inspections that he has failed due to paper work not being up to date or not their at all. I also was told that as of April 1 2008 that puppy elite /aka new your bulldogs will be moving but have not found out yet where they are moving to yet.If needing information please contact ANNA COLON at 1-800-554-4501 ask to speak to Anna Colon and file a complaint with them.They do go out and inspect and try to helpyou with your problem. This is who they provided the false paper work on my puppy to and now is in the hands of the attorney general of NY. I have been contacted by them and they are working on this for me now.
