I have cancelled my acount with O premium water due to their lack of ability to actually deliver water! I recieved a confirmation e-mail from Melissa. It states:

Michelle,
I apologize for all the issues that you have experienced with us and will cancel your account immediately. I have also issued a credit for your last delivery in the amount of $12.98, no further charges will be owed to us. I have also forwarded this email to the Route Manager to review. If you have any other questions please feel
free to contact me at 480-461-5616

Melissa

She further wrote:

Your account is now cancelled. Your will have no further charges or deliveries.

Despite these two e-mails dated 8/31/04 - they have actually debited my account on 9/9/04 for the $12.98 rather than credit me. Despite being told they no longer have permission to access my account. I guess that just supports all the other complaints. People we need to start filing complaints against unethical companies like this. I am sure Steve Currier will have a bunch of BS to say to support that his company is not doing anything wrong, but it's difficult to believe him with facts such as these.

I am going to an attorney next week to discuss filing an action against them for fraudelant access to my financial account. I have filed a fraud report with my bank as well. I will also be filing fraud alerts with other agencies.

I hope someday Steve gets treated by a company the way he treats his customers and then maybe he will take the complaints seriously and actually do something about it.
