 I used Oaktwin for about one year to manage a 3-unit property of mine, although they started ok and made lots of promises they rarely lived up to any of them. The owner never returns emails or answers phone calls, they are good at collecting rent but will never disperse to the owner unless you call them repeatedly almost to the point of begging. I left four months ago due to the poor service and still today have not had the outstanding monies including tenants security deposits this company holds repaid to me, "I'm sorry it will be sorted by the end of the week" is a common mantra, it never happens. Property management is about making an owners life easier, this company just creates a layer of headache, avoid them at all costs, you will lose money.
