OAN (Aka Nationwide Connections,INC or ACI) charged $7.00 to my Verizon bill for a collect call that was never accepted. It was charged to a line that is used for faxing. Call originated in Kearny, NJ using number 201-299-9702. This number is not even listed using the Verizon reverse look-up on the website.
