Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
According to this company I signed up for this service online. However, I have NO use for voicemail and would not have signed up for it. They refuse to give credit for the 'FALSE' billing. Sprint is taking care of it for me by disputing it.
Be VERY careful of e mails that re-direct you to another site. This is the only way this could have happened to me. Make sure you have software that clears forms!!! I will be reporting them to the BBB and the Public Service Comm. Don't know what good that will do! But someone needs to put a stop to these fraudulent business practices!!!

After more research, I found that OAN Services not only does business as USA Voicemail but also as Voice Express and DaData, Inc. The company is located at 26750 US Highway 19N, STE 550
Clearwater, FLA. 33761. Additional phone numbers: (800) 367-8006 and (727) 791-6440. These were all listed with the BBB Online. According to the BBB they have not had enough complaints against this company to warrant the development of a report. Complaints came be found at the BBB's West Florida site. When I called the company to find out what these charges were I dialed an 800 # that, when researched pointed to a company by the name of Key-Tel in Plano, Tx. Be VERY aware of the pop-ups and such on websites you visit. This is the only way this could have happened to me. I was informed by the woman who took my call at USA Voicemail that I should have read the terms and agreement. I informed her that was not a real possibility when they were fraudulently collecting my info. THIS COMPANY IS AWARE OF THAT FACT!!!
