Felix Rangel of Rangel Construction Services aka Oasis Landscaping aka WoodCrafters was hired to plant
flowers at our house. He had another company deliver the flowers-which were beautiful. We then paid Oasis
in full-more than $ 6,000.00. Later on, we received a lien notice from the actual nursery who delivered the flowers.
Oasis (Mr. Rangel ) has never paid them for the flowers so they sent us a lien notice to lien our house!. We later found
out he has done this on many occasions and many other homeowners are getting liens too. We are pursuing criminal charges
via the Attorney General and False Claim Act. If you are in Harris COunty, Ft. bend County, Montgomery county areas-
