I purchased software for which Oculus has a refund policy that states the following:

We will refund many digital purchases you‘ve made through Oculus for any reason if the request is made within fourteen days of the purchase date and you have engaged with the content for less than two hours.

Full policy here:

oculus.com/legal/rift-content-refund-policy/

Despite my only engaging the content for less than 5 mins and requesting a refund immediately I was denied a refund. I want my money back.
