Ocwen Federal Bank FSB ripoff dishonest billing, lack of communication, caused me to sell my home Orlando Florida

Hi I wanted to report Ocwen Federal Bank FSB for their dihonesty and lack of communication. My husband had to take a cut in pay with his job and we got be hind with one payment and for 8 months they let us make up the payment, but in the process they charged us a late fee every month until it was caught up.

Well on top of this I recieved a statement and our monthly payment increased, so I called to find out why and this is what they told me. When they done an adjustment for escrow one year ago someone did not include the PMI with it and when it was caught almost 8 months later they took out over $1500 to pay the PMI which left us a negative in escrow.

So on top of all trying to get organized from being behind they increased our payment which was hard for us to pay because of my husband cut in pay. I do not feel we should have had to pay for their mishaps. Well once we knew that we would not be able to continue this route we found someone to by the home and they tried from March till now to get with Ocwen and they would not return their calls or my calls, so it has went on for 4 months and we have not been able to make the payments and now they have turned us in to the credit burea and I feel this not fair when we actually have a buyer for the home and has been willing to buy it since March.

I feel they owe us a letter to go onlong with the report because it has brought my credit rating down 54 points which has not been all my fault.
