Ocwen Federal Bank Riopff! Took our home out from under us. Orlando Florida

In Jan. of 2000 we recieved a letter thru the mail say we where going to be forclosed on because we had not paid for 4 mo. we called them and they told us that the money that we sent went to pay back tax's that where not owed by them we payed it ourselves. So we worked with them to bring it all up to date (we thought). We sent the money they asked for but they said it was never received even though we had money orders to prove it. so they forclosed we put a stop to it with a lawyer at the confirmation hearing because they let us know thru the mail only 5 days before it happened and we where told it was not legal.

We worked with a laywer for almost 1&ahalf yrs. to keep our home until we ran out of money in lawyer fee's. We had refinasing all set to go but Ocwen keep changing the price that was owed. It went from 107,000 to 158,000 back and forth until our backers could not do it any more. So we are broke and have lost our Home, they have won.
Ocwen is having the final public auction in Jan. We have lost it all and we are in or 60,s and not able to start over my husband has had 2 heart attacts with all the strain and we can't fight them any more
