Ocwen Federal Bank ripoff, foreclosure, threatning, thieves, heartless, the grinch that stole our home Orlando Florida

In October 2003 I spoke to Ocwen Federal Bank to pay the August and September Payments I was behind due to paycuts. I was told that they wouldn't be able to accept August and September until I also sent them October which was more than I could at the time and October was not even due until the 16th of October so that request was premature to begin with.

I told them I would be sending all three months the following Friday. Soon after that on the 17th of October I received a Letter of Default claiming I owed them a little under $4000.

I called to see if there was some sord of resolution to all of this the only thing I was told was that I had to pay the entire amount to avoid foreclosure, and that the amount would increase until my account became current. I am now 5 months behind sitting here awaiting my date of sale and wondering if for christmas me and my family will be homeless.

If there is anyone out there that have a solution to this problem or some idea of what i can do please help if anyone knows of a way for me to get refinanced since my credit is dirt now no one will touch me.
