Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Unfortunatly, Ocwen is our mortgage company, they are refusing to remove our PMI even after a steller appraisal, which gave us over WAY under the 80/20 LTV. After numerous unsuccessful calls, which we were left on hold for over 20 minutes each time, we were transfered to another dept. which we were placed on hold again for over a half hour. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of. We most likely will have to take them to small claims court to have them remove the PMI. So frustrating.

we ended up refinancing to get out of PMI. After we did some basic math, it was cheaper to do the refi then to pay the PMI every monthsore glad we did, this company was a nightmare to work with. We're now with Capital One. There Customer service is great I highly recommend them.

So what did you end up doing. I'm facing the same problem and don't know what to do. Its costing me $160/month!
